  WHY THIS WORK IS PERSONAL

This work is personal because I was my first client—the first to live the work that would later become the F.L.Y. Institute. Before the Institute, before the programs, there was a woman who stood in front of the mirror—and for the first time, didn’t look away. Tears fell, not because something was wrong, but because something finally felt real. In that moment, I saw the woman I had been, the woman I had survived as, and the woman I was becoming. As a woman who has moved through childhood trauma, challenges with self-worth, and not fitting society’s definition of beauty, I know what it feels like to feel unseen and unheard. That moment in the mirror became the turning point—and the foundation of everything I do today.                                                        WHAT I DO

Jahari, Coach F.L.Y., is a Mirror Reflection Coach and the founder of Jahari’s F.L.Y. Institute & Sassycise Wellness. A retired educator, she creates structured reflection experiences using her signature mirror techniques, journaling, and personal guidance.                                                                                            Her work is supported by her signature movement experiences, Sassibelly™ and Sasslesque™, where music and movement serve as a bridge to emotions and connections that words alone often cannot reach. This approach provides a clear pathway for women to reconnect with themselves, strengthening the confidence, clarity, and self-trust that already exists within them.                                                                                                                                                   MY MESSAGE

My message is simple: F.L.Y.—First Love Yourself.   Goddess true love is known when you LEARN to love the woman you see in the mirror. When a woman learns to face her reflection without judgment, she walks away with self-recognition, the ability to see herself clearly, reconnect with who she is, and experience authentic self-love. She gains practical tools she can return to mirror techniques, and a personal reflection journal, along with a Coach F.L.Y. Empowerment Note.
